Transpave’s multipurpose asphalt paving unit, the TRANSPAVER, is designed to boost productivity, reduce operating costs and improve safety. By automating the targeted discharge of hot mix asphalt the TRANSPAVER delivers an asphalt (rather than a chip seal or bitumen) finish with unparalleled efficiency. Unlike existing units with limited payload capacity and fixed width product discharge, the TRANSPAVER offers a capacity range of 5 to 12 tonnes and features a fully automated chute system that facilitates variable width distribution as a result of automated discharge, temperature, and pressure control. This advanced design allows a single operator to accurately repair targeted surface areas, increasing efficiency by minimising both support crew and product wastage.
